The Litter-Robot 3 is equipped with infrared emitters and sensors, called DFI sensors, located above the Waste Drawer that check if the drawer is full each time the Globe returns to the Home position. In the event you need to replace your DFI sensors, please follow these instructions. Kit includes: Drawer Full Indicator board assembly (2) retainers Edit2: after watching more videos it looks like there is a pinch sensor :(. Hi @hd! Usually, if the LR3 won’t power up, the issue can be power supply adapter, circuit board or DFI sensor. If you still have LR2, you can test power supply adapter. If that is working, we recommend replacing circuit board and DFI sensor, and then your LR3 will probably work.Even if their role is the same, there are some differences between the DFI sensors of these two Litter-Robot models.
