Syracuse University Kaltura MediaSpace. This is the login for faculty, staff, and students looking to use the Kaltura web interface. Kaltura functionality is also available within Blackboard courses for instructors and participants. Additional details are available on the Kaltura in Blackboard support page .Kaltura is a cloud-based video management system that can be used for storing, publishing, and streaming videos, video collections, and other types of media. The system integrates with Canvas , but if you plan to use Kaltura outside of Canvas, you'll work directly with the web-based video management application known as Kaltura MediaSpace.Navigate to your My Media page in Canvas. Click the Add New button in the upper right and select Kaltura Personal Capture. Depending on your browser, Personal Capture may launch automatically from here, or open a prompt first. If it opens a prompt, select the option to "Open" or "Proceed" so that your computer can launch the program:
