As it is, Turtles are cute, but almost nobody ever uses them at all (except in DWC because the cannons count as siege damage and thus can blow up gates/barricades) because 99% of the time your own builds do way more damage than the Turtle anyway. Give it 3 cannons. 1 for the driver and 2 for the gunner.
