Seamoth stuck on land
Here we have a beautiful landmoth in its natural habitat. We see it now trying to get some fresh water. They are a skittish creature and will run away if spooked. The landmoth was once called the seamoth, but it has evolved into being able to freely move on land.Build as high as you can, connect a pipe, and dismantle the bottom. Not sure how it goes and how you can climb the pipes. Once you are up there and get into the seamoth, it should obey laws of physics again. Probably not worth the hassle unless you have already saved. Hope they still maintain bugfixes.

If you pick something up with the propulsion cannon you can use it to walk into your seamoth and the the item you're holding will push the seamoth. I had this same problem, I pushed it off the ramp with one of the supply boxes.My seamoth was destroyed once at the entrance to the lost river by the juvenile ghost leviathan there. I ran away to a tiny base I made in the blood kelp forest. There are no leviathans but still being stuck 500m deep with no sub was pretty terrifying. Fortunately you can easily swim back with a big tank and seaglide.
Try propulsion/repulsion cannon If that doesn't work, then use the propulsion cannon arm on the PRAWN (if you have it). You won't be able to deconstruct the building because the seamoth is in the way. The propulsion cannon should be able to to it. If you don't have that yet you can find the pieces .
