The scav cooldown is not. Someone better airdrop everything we need to get intelligence center to tier 3, and give more karma rewards for good player scavs 😒 1I wonder if the scav cooldown timer is broken. My scav karma is 9 (9.17) and since I reached 6 the timer doesn't seem to go down further. I have intel center 2 (because fuck dying to head/eyes on labs for the far forward items, unless there is another way to get them?) Right now it takes me 9 minutes and 30-odd seconds for the timer to reset.
