Actuators sadly seem to be a somewhat common issue with the 2012-2014 models. Either Ford revised the part or the newer models haven't been on the roads long enough for it to happen. If they're referring to the ones on the outside of the trans I believe there's a way to change them yourself. The motors cost like $200 each.Was driving away from a stop light and my 2014 focus completely slipped out of gear and started redlining, when it finally switched gears it hesitated to shift gears between 1st-2nd-3rd and sometimes felt like it went limp between gears.
