Oct 4, 2023 · I think my alts who haven’t done any progression in Obsidian Citadel are experiencing an issue where they phase out of the area where there are Dreamsurged Rares. This is frustrating because these alts are ALTS for a reason and I didn’t feel like farming up whatever I need just to be able to kill the rares for the Dreamsurges. In The Waking Shores, they are around the Obsidian Citadel. In Azure Span, it’s Brackenhide Hollow, and lastly, Tyrhold for Thaldraszus.
