Fairly new to the Isle of Siptah and I have gotten the Delving bench now. I have watched a bunch of youtube videos on how to use it and none of it seems to work as advertised. A) remove the Schematic Fragments entirely and replace it with some other rare/nice Exiled Lands loot. B) add Eldarium as a potentially rare drop to the event itself. or. C) Maybe remove the Isle of Siptah recipes from the pool of potential recipes you get when combining the Schematic Fragments.
