I think that the Spirit one is actually a fair trinket for holy priests who would prefer to concentrate on throughput on their gear instead of spirit.There's a 45s internal cooldown on the greatness card, just like with most other trinkets like that. How ever, the proc chance is 35% whereas the Mirror's is 10%. Also, the uptime is 15 sec on the Greatness Card vs. 10 sec on the Mirror of Truth.
